West Seneca East Senior High School is located at 4760 Seneca Street in West Seneca, New York. This is one of two high schools along with an alternative high school for students in the West Seneca Central School District providing an education for students in the ninth through 12th grades.

It is the policy of the district that the high schools are designed to prepare students for post secondary education and/or immediate employment, or careers in the military. The West Seneca East Senior High School’s curriculum includes such courses as business education, home economics courses, and technology education courses. In addition to these studies, students may attend the BOCES Occupational Center, which provides training for specific occupations. For business and marketing students in grades eleven and twelve, West Seneca Central School District offers a cooperative education program, which provides on-the-job training with local businesses, which are supervised by school personnel.

Along with offering the educational studies to succeed, West Seneca East Senior High School provides several clubs and organization the students can join to expand their talents and personalities. They can choose from W.S.E. Spirit Booster Club, Art Club, Book Store, DECA, Drama Club, French Club, Jr Red Cross, Key Club, Literary Magazine, Master Minds, Mock Trial, Model U.N., National Honor Society, Photography Club, SADD, Science Club, Spanish Club, Student Council, Technology Club, "Trojan Times" Newspaper, Varsity E and G.A.A., and Yearbook.
