West Middle School is located at 395 Center Road in West Seneca, New York. This is one of two middle schools in West Seneca Central School District providing an excellent education for students in the seventh and eighth grades.

The mission statement of West Middle School states, “We, the faculty, staff, students and parents of West Seneca West Middle School are committed to the fostering of a positive teaching/learning environment that supports and enhances the intellectual, physical and personal development of emerging adolescents through educational partnerships with the individual student, the home and the community.”

The goals of West Middle School are to create a safe, healthy, and orderly learning environment that provides all the necessary tools and assistances students needs for success. The school establishes high expectations for all students’ achievement, aid in helping all students become literate, thinking, productive, caring, and healthy citizens. The school creates a meaningful, personal, enjoyable, and challenging learning environment for each student along with nurturing the concept that learning is a life long experience that can help in the pursuit of success and happiness.

West Middle School emphasizes the basic skills seen in elementary school such as math, English language arts, science, and social while introducing technology education, foreign languages, home & career skills, and extracurricular activities.
