Spackenkill High School is located at 112 Spackenkill Road in Poughkeepsie, New York. This is the only high school in Spackenkill Union Free School District offering a quality education for students in 9th through 12th grades.

Spackenkill High School is a four-year public school offering college preparation, general business, and vocational programs. Traditional programs of study along with accelerated studies, advanced courses following the Advanced Placement Curriculum, and/or concomitant college enrollment opportunities are available.

Along with a educational resources Spackenkill High School offers fourteen different sports to the students which includes baseball, basketball, cheer leading, crew, cross country, field hockey, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, track and field, and volleyball. The school has a high expectation for all their athletes which is included in their Sportsmanship Code which states,
"We believe that:
Our athletes must respect their opponents. Taunting will not be tolerated.
Our athletes must respect the decisions of the referees.
Our athletes must respect their teammates and coaches.
Our athletes must "play by the rules."
Our athletes must be under control and have appropriate behavior that includes language.
We expect our student-athletes to display appropriate behavior and will work to reinforce positive sportsmanship."
