About

Southold Junior-Senior High School parents, staff, and students share the responsibility of creating a respectful and nurturing environment that promotes individuality and celebrates diversity. Physical Education and Athletics offers students comprehensive experiences in all three discipline areas. It is the department's philosophy that each individual area, while comprehensive and challenging, supports the foundations of knowledge found in all three areas. The administration serves as the coordinator and harmonizer for the students, faculty and community. With these roles in mind, the goal is that each student shall have an opportunity to become an effective member of a democratic society.
