Ripley Central School

About

Ripley Central School is located at 12 North State Street Ripley, NY. This is the only school building in the Ripley Central School District so all grades are taught here from PK through 12th. Ripley was first settled around 1804 in the vicinity of Ripley village. The town was established in 1817 from part of the Portland. The educational programs should be designed to meet the present and future needs of all learners. All learners should have the skills necessary to feel comfortable using technology for personal, educational and vocational pursuits.

The school district offers employment & educational opportunities, without regard to sex, race, color, religion, national origin or handicap. Students will find excellent counseling services available for academic, peer, social problems, or any other student issues. There are even special counseling groups for issues like self-esteem, divorce, and study skills. The Ripley Central School teaching philosophy is to inspire all students to become long life learners and be positive contributors to society.
