The classrooms in our schools are safe, creative, and engaging places where students feel empowered to take risks and make choices.

This Rockland County school serves a diverse, multilingual student population of immigrants to the United States. They seek to provide each student with a language-rich learning experience that moves them to a point where they can read, write and communicate effectively in English and their native language. The students will learn to use their minds well to critically analyze and respond to complex real-world issues. They will use what they learn to become successful academically and professionally and to become advocates for themselves and their communities.

This School agrees with the same principles set forth by the district as well as the other schools along with providing an education that will aid students in becoming leaders in our democratic society and in their community. Teachers and staff work alongside parents and community leaders to provide the best possible learning environment for the betterment of not only the educational opportunities, but also the pride of living in New York.
