Ps/Ms 4 Crotona Park West teachers strive to help youngsters develop the intellectual and social skills that will enable them to navigate through their formative years, and become respectful, responsible and enlightened adults. Students come to school and learn from a rich foundation of values, character, respect, and love of learning. The Technology Plan is based on the belief that a well-designed computer-based technology curriculum will encourage learning and benefit all disciplines. The heart of the Technology Plan focuses on teacher training, curriculum design, instruction, expansion, communication, student data management, and parent and community involvement. Technology maximizes productivity and efficiency and enables schools to better prepare students for future learning. This includes the ability to access, analyze and communicate information, think critically and creatively and work cooperatively and productively with others.
