Ps 69 Vincent D Grippo School has a great team atmosphere within the school, which includes all staff members. This is also portrayed in our relationships with all parents. They all work together to look at what is best for all students. Students are encouraged to achieve at their highest level of academic performance. Vincent D Grippo is very proud of each student. They continue to work on the Comprehensive District Educational goals, with a strong focus on English Language Arts and Math. They work toward exceeding the New York State Educational Standards. Social skills are fostered through Character Education; anti-violence/anti-bullying; and conflict resolution lessons. You will find their school community very active working with all children to provide a foundation for students to reach their maximum potential through a comprehensive, exact standard to opportunities to empower children to be independent thinkers, problem solvers, and responsible citizens.
