P.S. 244 Richard R. Green School Teachers, staff, and parents, work together to fulfill the best learning environment while providing the best educational tools available for students to learn and grow. They are focused on preparing students for the world outside of the middle school. Student will learn to be Respectful, Responsibility, Fairness, Trustworthiness, Caring, and Citizenship. It is the hope that all students will choose to follow these character traits and, in turn, be recognized during the school year. Along with this, the teachers and staff are committed to a high level of professionalism while creating an educational atmosphere with values that support communication. Along with basic educational classes such as math, science, social studies, English, and physical education, students also benefit from such classes as computer lab and various other programs.
