P.S. 23-The New Children's School student’s behavior, work habits and attitudes are reinforced with parental cooperation and involvement will be fostered through open communication while achieving and complying with district initiatives. They aim to develop inquiring, caring, confident, principled and academically successful students who will become contributors in the creation of a better school, home, neighborhood and global community.
