Prospect Hill School members are always learning and growing and Parents feel welcome at Prospect Hill School, that their children’s teachers show respect for the students and that they respect the teachers. They feel that Prospect has a good public image and that students are prepared for future work. According to parents, we need to look at supervision before and after school. In addition, parents felt that their child’s teachers do not adequately help them help their children at home.

Prospect sets high standards for themselves and challenge each other to achieve their very best. Everyone believes in working hard at everything they do, sharing knowledge and skills for our own and the community's good. They are a caring community where everyone is treated with fairness, kindness, and respect. Each member of this community is valued for his or her abilities, efforts and contributions. Prospect teachers recognize that learning involves struggle and taking risks, and they support and encourage each other's progress.
