Museum Middle School has a variety of academic studies such as Eco Landscape Construction that lets students to create sustainable, productive, and aesthetically appealing human environments using natural ecosystems as models. Through experiential, participatory, and classroom learning, students will explore the relationship between personal, social, and ecological sustainability in the rich context of life.
Museum Middle School applies diverse and comprehensive academic programs that provide each student with a strong foundation in the core curricula areas of language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science. The physical education, health, music, art, library and technology programs are also an exciting part of each student’s instruction. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are emphasized, and promote excellence and lifelong learning.
The Museum Middle School staff and teachers realize these years can be the toughest of students. The change from elementary school and the transition needed to enter high school can be very discouraging for students that are not prepared. Because of this, teachers and staff work side by side to ensure each and every student can achieve their goal and succeed in all they endeavor from making friends to academics.
