Memorial Park Elementary School is located at 145 East Bacon Street Waterville, NY and provides education for grades K-5. Memorial Park Elementary School is a kindergarten through fifth grade. The professional staff consists of 40 classroom teachers with special area instructors for art, music, physical education, Reading Recovery, special reading speech language services, social work psychology, and special education.

Special programs include the Elementary Science Fair, Parents as Reading Partners, Student Council, PTA sponsored assemblies and Book Fair, Band, Chorus, and special Artists in Residence programs provided through the Central NY Council of the Arts.

A comprehensive breakfast and lunch program is available to all students that attend the Elementary School. Free and reduced price meals are available for both programs.

Fifth Graders participate in DARE, a seventeen week long drug education program taught in the classroom by a trained officer from the Oneida County Sheriff's Department. This effective program teaches students to resist drugs and helps to develop self esteem.
