L.P. Quinn Elementary School is located at 294 Hosley Avenue in Tupper Lake, New York. The school provides an exceptional education for students in pre-kindergarten through 6th grades.

The school adheres to the mission statement of the district and believes that all children can learn. Due to this statement, teachers and staff work with students on an individual basis to ensure all students can succeed within their learning ability to achieve success in all their endeavors.

At the very beginning in kindergarten, students are learning basic educational skills in math, reading, science, social studies, music, art, and computer. Technology is one of the classes that is included in the elementary courses; to ensure every student can and will attain their full potential in every field of study.
