Leon M. Goldstein High School - Sciences is committed to enable each student to reach his/her highest potential through appreciation and love for the sciences, pursuing learning and applying such learning to live and positive contribution to the community.
This high school certainly provides academic excellence with three and four years study programs that include mathematics, English, social studies, foreign language, physical and health education, art and music. The Regent Diploma is also awarded to those students passing the examination in Global and American History, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Sequential Math I to III, English and Foreign Language.
Extracurricular study programs at the Leon M. Goldstein High School include Sports, Clubs and Organizations activities, Special Education, College Preparatory Initiative, the Bridge Program, and the College Now Program offered by the City University of New York consisting of college credit courses to senior students in English, Science, Mathematics, and Social Studies.
