Jamesville-Dewitt High School courses provide students the opportunity to learn at a high level in the arts, sciences, and letters. They are excited about the growth in the number of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, technology courses, and electives in social studies and science. They are committed to providing high-level support services in Academic Intervention (AIS) and special education.

Jamesville-Dewitt High School is also committed to providing students with a well-rounded academic and social experience. To this end, they have over 30 clubs and activities that provide students an opportunity to explore their interests. They have an award-winning drama and music program. Music program’s select bands and select chorus have performed throughout Central New York. The drama program has staged such classics as Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof, and West Side Story.

The Jamesville-Dewitt High School athletic programs have enjoyed unparalleled success. Their teams have won the Onondaga High School League (OHSL) All-Sports trophy for best overall, combined team records for the past seven years! They have had New York State (NYS) champions in swimming and three of their teams made the NYS final four in their respective sports.
