This high school provides instructional programs designed to promote high achievement with academic rigor but equal accessibility through motivation and appreciation of the strength of diversity that contributes to develop nobility of character.

James Madison High School is considered the community source of life long learners that round their education with extracurricular activities such as Fidelitas, Marching Band, Math Team, ARISTA, trips, SING, and about 30 different sports teams including baseball, football, tennis, basketball, and soccer.

Other special programs provided by this institution include Media Arts, Bio-Med, Humanities, Law, Math Academy, Humanities, and Media Arts. The school has also an International House, a Center for Administration and Management and a widely-recognized program in vocal and instrumental music.
