East Middle School is located at 1445 Center Road in West Seneca, New York. This is one of two middle schools in West Seneca Central School District, which provides a quality education for students in seventh and eighth grades.

East Middle School provides an exceptional education for students in this transitional period from elementary school to high school. The curriculum offered at East Middle School still emphasizes the basic skills such as math, English language arts, science, and social while introducing technology education, foreign languages, home & career skills, and extracurricular activities. The activities offered at East Middle School include Bookstore Club, Builders Club, Drama Club, Field Day for seventh graders, Modified Sports-Cross Country, soccer, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Football, Basketball, Swimming, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Track, Lacrosse, National Junior Honor Society, Newspaper Club, Ski & Snowboard Club, Student Council, Team Cup, Writer's Club, Yearbook Club, and Yorkers.

All students are scheduled for courses in foreign language, technology education, home and career skills, art, and general music along with the basic educational courses they were use to in elementary school. Physical education is offered while other students may prefer to participate in band, chorus, or orchestra.
