Bay Shore Senior High School works in a partnership, the students, staff, parents, and community commit themselves to developing the academic, emotional, physical and social well being of all children. Students are encouraged to take part in school activities so that they may meet people, make friends, and gain a sense of pride in their school community. Bay Shore Senior High School is filled with a wide array of extracurricular clubs including drama, music, journalism, and more are also offered. This school has strong PTA support with target goals to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship. To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
