Voorheesville Schools

Voorheesville Central School District PTA is devoted to enhancing educational opportunities for the students that attend their school district. Knowing that education is not an isolated activity allotted solely to the school during school hours, they have worked to build a powerful network or school-community partnerships which are jointly dedicated to providing the best education to the members of our community.

The Voorheesville School Board believes that all children are capable of learning and the education of each child is everyone’s responsibility. The goal of the district is to provide each student with a strong foundation of knowledge and experiences to prepare him/her to be a productive citizen and to value lifelong learning. Through fund-raisers, Voorheesville provide scholarships for students, sponsor extracurricular activities and clubs, and supply equipment and other materials not covered by the districts annual budget.
