South Glens Falls Central School District is located at 6 Bluebird Road South Glens Falls, NY serving grades K-12. The District covers approximately 70 square miles, serving the Towns of Moreau, Northumberland and Wilton. A nine member Board of Education oversees District policies, establishes the annual budget and calendar, and oversees legal matters pertaining to the governance of the district. It was chartered by the New York State Board of Regents in 1945, the result of the consolidation of 15 rural schools.

Home of the Bulldogs, the South Glens Falls Central School District is registered by the New York State Department of Education and is recognized as a public school district. The district consists of four elementary schools (grades K-5), one middle school (grades 6-8) and one high school (grades 9-12). Total enrollment in the district is 3,350 students. Student-to-teacher ratio currently stands at 15:1, with more than half of the teaching staff having 20 years of classroom experience.

Through establishment of partnerships with home and community, our mission is to develop motivated and confident citizens who are intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically prepared to make informed life decisions, are respectful, sensitive, and responsible, accepting of diversity, and able to use resources to access information.
