Northport-East Northport Union Free School District encourages upper grade students to take advantage of all the specialized programs for career opportunities they provide. These courses include Marketing Courses, Finance Courses, Academy of Finance, Computer and Keyboarding Courses. The Northport-East Northport District has launched a Connect-Ed service, a new school-to-parent communications service. With the Connect-Ed service, schools can send periodic and personalized voice messages to parents within minutes. The district has integrated computers into all subject areas as well as enhancing existing programs with advanced technological tools. Northport-East Northport Union Free School District desires students to be safe, engaging environment that values all members of the community and encourages them to pursue their full potential as life-long learners and respectful citizens. Every effort to incorporate literacy learning in all areas of learning: social studies, science, math, health, physical education, and the arts.
