the district is home in Millbrook which is around 75 miles north of New York City and 60 miles south of Albany in what is known as the Mid-Hudson River Valley. The community is home to a variety of year round residents, summer residents, retirees, and weekenders. The scenery around Millbrook is breath-taking with rolling pastures, streams, and ponds with a small town country atmosphere. The community expects high standards in their way of life and this does include the educational opportunities offered to their children.
