Pembroke Primary School is located at 2486 Main Road in East Pembroke, New York. This is the only school in Pembroke Central School District providing an education for students in pre-kindergarten through 2nd grades. The staff and teachers realize just how important these early days of beginning school is to young children. Children that learn to enjoy learning in a safe and secure environment grow and develop with an understanding that learning is a lifelong experience.
Pembroke Primary School has a responsible Building Leadership Team that works on the annual improvement plan of the school. The plan initiated by the team works alongside the vision of the district as well as goals that have been set through the results seen in the Building Leadership Team. This plan supports our District's vision and Master Plan as well as Effective Schools Survey, testing data, and staff, parent, and community input.
The staff and teachers at Pembroke Primary School are above average when it comes to knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to the academic, social, and emotional development of every student attending their school. Students at Pembroke Primary School learn the importance of citizenship, recognizing individual differences, and the importance of developing compassion for others. The teachers strive to support the growth and development of every student and to ensure self-assurance and fulfillment in their undertakings, this way each student can become productive members in their community and society.
