Cadyville Elementary School is located at 128 Park Row Cadyville, NY. This school is apart of the Saranac Central School system which offers modern educational methods for grades K through 6 in the County of Clinton, located in the state of New York. The school resides in the pleasant community of Cadyville, just seven miles west of Lake Champlain and the city of Plattsburgh, on the Saranac River and within a few miles of the Adirondack Park. Our small, (approximately 150 students in grades Kindergarten through Sixth grade) rural school has a big place in this community.
Cadyville Elementary School takes pride in maintaining a warm, friendly atmosphere. The school truly is in the heart of the community and we continually seek out opportunities to involve our families, grandparents, neighbors, and senior citizens. Assemblies, field trips, field days, career days, picnics, and volunteer work in our day-to-day operations open our doors for welcomed communication and interaction. Cadyville's doors are also open after school for Continuing Education classes, youth organizations such as Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, baby-sitting classes, and recreational sports. The school building hums with the sounds of people of all ages happily engaged in activities.
The faculty and staff enjoy working together with families to inspire strong character values along with preparing students to meet the many current challenges of a comprehensive education. High educational standards are promoted, with an expectation that each child will succeed to the best of his/her ability.
